Men's Leadership Coaching — 12 Weeks

Become The Man Who's Rock Solid Under Pressure

Stop reacting. Start leading. Build the inner foundation your relationship needs.

The Problem

You're Not A Bad Man

You work hard. You care. You show up. But at home… something's off.

Maybe you lose it over small things. Maybe you go quiet and disappear. Maybe you've become the passive one, letting her carry more than she can handle. Or maybe you're triggered by the way your partner speaks to you. Maybe a mix of all of these.

You sense she's losing respect. You feel the distance growing. And no matter what you try, you can't seem to close it.

You're not failing because you don't care enough.

You're failing because nobody taught you how to lead yourself effectively.

Leading yourself means becoming rock-solid as a man. It means being untriggerable, un-insult-able, and knowing how to operate in a way that makes your partner feel safe physically and emotionally.

Without self-leadership, you can't lead in your relationship.

With self-leadership, you become the man your partner respects and trusts.

You might be trying to "fix" the relationship before you've learned how to lead yourself. You read the books, you try harder, you apologize more, and you wait for things to improve. But the arguments keep coming, the disconnect stays, and the resentment quietly builds on both sides.

"The relationship problems you're experiencing are symptoms of a pattern you and your partner keep co-creating together."

The fastest way to change that pattern is not to blame her, fix her, or wait for her to become easier. It's to take full ownership of your part of the system:

  • Your reactions
  • Your presence
  • Your leadership
  • Your emotional control
  • Your boundaries
  • Your ability to create safety for her instead of adding pressure

Your responsibility is to stop feeding the old pattern and start leading a new one. Not because your partner has no responsibility for her part — she does. But because you can make much more of a difference than you realize.

When you learn how to lead yourself and your partner effectively, the respect, trust, and intimacy that you desire will return.

Emotional control. Self-leadership. Grounded confidence.
Clear direction. Calm under pressure.

That's what this program builds.

Before You Go Further

What This Program Is Not

This is not therapy.

Therapy helps people heal and recover from emotional wounds, often focused on understanding and resolving the past. This is coaching. We start with where you are today and focus on where you want to go — changing patterns at the root. In coaching we don't need to know why you are the way you are. We focus on the how.

This is not a course.

This isn't a cookie-cutter program. This is 1-1 work. Live. Personal. Built and customized around your specific patterns, your unique relationship, and your life.

This is not about becoming harder or colder.

The goal isn't to make you louder. It's to make you clearer and more certain in yourself. Not more controlling — more grounded. Men who come through this become more stable, safe, respectful, and easier to trust.

This is not a couples program.

My wife and I offer a dedicated couples program. This isn't it. This is 1-on-1 coaching designed to help you become the kind of man your relationship can trust again. You don't need your partner to commit before you begin. You don't need her permission to grow. Your program includes two Relationship Alignment Sessions with your partner to support communication, build shared understanding, and help integrate the changes you're making together. The work is yours. The benefits are often shared.

And this is not a quick fix.

This is deep identity-level work. It takes time. It takes honesty. And it takes a man willing to look at himself without excuses. If that's you — keep reading.

Luke's Story

From The Boxing Ring To Real Leadership

I was a professional boxer. In the ring, I was powerful, disciplined, and focused. Outside of it? Looking back, I was acting like a teenager — not a true, adult man.

I couldn't regulate my emotions. I had no real structure. I lacked the ability to lead my wife, Jen, in a way that made her feel safe, respected, and attracted to me. I was reactive. Passive. Inconsistent. People-pleasing. And over the months and years, everything was falling apart.

One day after a major argument, Jen and I agreed we had to fix it for good or go our separate ways. We gave our relationship to the end of the year.

Was my wife perfect? Absolutely not. She had her work to do. But I realized that if I didn't develop myself as a man, these problems would just follow me into the next relationship, and the next, until I did.

So I made a decision: make it happen or die trying. I threw myself into the psychology of self-leadership. Neuro-Semantics. NLP. Identity work. Relationship psychology. Emotional mastery. I didn't just study it — I lived it, and rebuilt myself through it.

As soon as I began leading effectively, Jen began to feel safe and secure. She softened and relaxed around me. Respect and trust followed. Our love life began to thrive. Now we maintain a deeply fulfilling relationship — and we help other men and couples do the same.

2,000+ hours of 1-1 coaching later — I know exactly what breaks men down at home, and I know exactly what builds them back up.

This program is everything I wish I'd had.

From Passive To Present

How One Man Became The Leader His Fiancée Actually Respects

"Three months ago I felt dead inside. The way I think, the way I speak, the way I carry myself is completely different now. My fiancée wasn't asking for control. She was asking for a captain. And I didn't know how to be one outside of work." Fernando Martinez · Business Manager & Musician
The Framework

What This Program Builds

Three phases over twelve weeks — stabilising the man, building the inner leader, then leading the relationship.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1–3

Stabilise Yourself

Find the root pattern

We identify the pattern driving the challenges in your relationship — people-pleasing, reactivity, anger, avoidance, disconnection, or something else — then work to resolve it at the root cause.

You finish with greater self-control, and clarity on who you are, what you stand for, where you're going, and why it matters.

Phase 2 · Weeks 4–8

Build the Inner Leader

Where most men transform

You develop emotional control and gain cognitive clarity. You break any approval-seeking pattern and lock in a new identity. You stop being ruled by your emotions.

You start leading from your values instead of reacting from your emotions.

Phase 3 · Weeks 9–12

Lead the Relationship

Show up differently at home

With the foundation built, you begin showing up differently at home. Calmer. Clearer. More honest. More present. More trustworthy. We focus on the thinking and language of relationship leadership.

The relationship shifts — because you have.

What Men Are Saying

★★★★★

I came in thinking I just needed to control my anger better. What I actually needed was a complete reset on how I saw my role at home. Luke helped me understand the difference between reacting to my wife and leading our relationship. Six weeks in, she told me I was like a different man and that she felt safe with me. And I finally felt respected by her in a way I had not before.

Mark T. · 47
Senior Operations Manager
★★★★★

I'd read some relationship books, listened to podcasts and knew a lot of the theory. But I was still getting defensive anytime my wife criticized me, then I'd blow up. The 1-1 nature of this program made the difference. Luke gave me a root-cause look at the patterns ruining my relationship and showed me how to change them. My favourite part was learning how to become un-insult-able. It really helped.

Daniel G. · 39
Business Owner
★★★★★

I was the kind of guy who had it together at work and fell apart the moment I walked in the front door. I was blaming it on my wife because she triggered the crap out of me. Luke showed me my blind spots and how I was actually creating a huge part of the problems. Once I saw how I was creating the dynamic, everything shifted. I stopped blaming and started leading.

Steven S. · 42
Finance Director
★★★★★

I'll be honest — I was sceptical. I'm not someone who talks about feelings. But this wasn't that. It was practical and direct. Luke challenged me in ways that were uncomfortable and necessary. My wife noticed the change before I did. I'm very glad I made the investment.

Is This You?

Who This Is For

This is for you if…

  • You're a high-performer who has it together at work but feels on track to lose your relationship.
  • You're reactive, passive, or stuck in patterns you can't break — and you really want to break them.
  • You want to take your relationship to the next level of vitality, richness, and fulfillment.
  • You want to be the man your partner trusts, respects, loves, and is attracted to — without becoming a doormat, controlling, or cold.
  • You've tried couples counselling or therapy but it didn't give you the practical tools to make a real difference.
  • You're willing to do the inner work of changing old beliefs, identities, and habits.

This is not for you if…

  • You want quick fixes or surface-level confidence tricks.
  • You're not willing to take personal responsibility for your part in the relationship.
  • You're just doing it to please your partner and don't genuinely want to change.
  • You expect the program to resolve your relationship issues without resolving the challenges you bring to the relationship first.
A Common Question

"Why Do This Instead Of Couples Counseling?"

Couples counseling has its place. But here's the honest truth about why it often doesn't work for men: it puts two people in a room before either one has the individual foundation to do the work well.

You can't build a relationship on an unstable base.

The best communication skills in the world don't work if you're easily triggered into a negative state. Think of it like a business partnership: two partners who are reactive, emotionally unregulated, and unable to manage themselves — sitting across from each other trying to solve their problems. How productive is that meeting? How long does that business last?

That's why, as a rule, Jen and I prioritize each individual's self-leadership first. Build the foundation inside the man so he becomes rock-solid in his emotional control and self-management. Then bring that man into the relationship.

Men who come through this program go on to do our couples program — or start with it — and get far more out of it, because the foundation is already there.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

No — and that distinction matters. Therapy is designed to heal wounds from the past and is valuable for the right person at the right time. This is coaching: we start from the present and build forward.

Coaching starts from the assumption that you're fundamentally resourceful, capable of learning, and able to create meaningful change. Rather than focusing on what's wrong with you, we focus on what you want, where you are now, and what needs to happen to bridge the gap.

At times our conversations may go deep, and we may discuss past experiences when relevant. But the focus is always on greater awareness, responsibility, choice, and action. The goal is not to "fix" you — because you're not broken.

That's a fair question. It's true: you cannot control your partner or make her change. Many men spend years waiting for their partner to change first — and that strategy rarely works.

What you can control is how you show up. You can improve your emotional control, strengthen your communication, get clearer about your values and boundaries, and learn to lead yourself under pressure instead of reacting impulsively.

Relationships operate as systems. When one person consistently changes their patterns, the dynamic frequently begins to shift as well. Will your partner change? Maybe. Maybe not — no ethical coach can guarantee that. But becoming calmer, stronger, clearer, and more grounded will serve you regardless.

Books give you ideas. Courses give you content. Neither can watch you in action, catch your blind spots, name what you're doing, and give you real-time feedback in the moments that count.

This is 1-1 coaching with Luke. Every session is built around you — your patterns, your situations, your unique relationship. You also get text and email support between sessions, so when the argument happens on a Tuesday night, you're not waiting until next week to figure out what went wrong.

That's completely normal. Most men who join don't start because they feel ready — they start because they realize that continuing down the same path isn't producing the results they want.

Confidence rarely comes before action. It comes from taking action. So rather than asking "Am I ready?", a better question is: "Where will I be 12 months from now if nothing changes?"

You only need enough curiosity to have a conversation. Complete the application, and we'll answer the "ready or not" question together in the Initial Assessment & Strategy Session. I only take on clients I genuinely believe I can help. If it's a fit, I'll tell you. If it's not, I'll tell you that too.

Yes. Everything we discuss is treated as strictly confidential. I don't share your information, your challenges, your goals, or the content of our conversations with anyone. Any coaching notes are used solely to support the process and are deleted after the program.

Many of the men I work with are professionals, business owners, executives, and fathers. Here's my personal policy: if I happen to see you at a restaurant, gym, airport, or on the street, I won't approach you or acknowledge that we know each other. I'll assume you value your privacy. If you'd like to say hello, I'd be happy to — but I'll always leave that choice to you.

Most men notice something shifting within the first two to three sessions. Not perfection. But something real: a moment where you would have reacted and you didn't. A conversation you handled differently. A sense of being more grounded in your own skin.

The 12-week structure exists because lasting change isn't built in a weekend. Identity shifts take time, repetition, and real-life application. By week 12, you won't just be handling things better — you'll be a different man handling them.

This is a 1-1 program. It's not cheap, and it's not designed to be. Investment starts at $4,200 for the men's 1-1 12-week program. Details are shared during the application conversation.

The men who work with me aren't spending money on a program. They're investing in becoming the man their family needs — and in stopping the cost of staying the same. That cost — the arguments, the distance, the slow erosion of respect — doesn't show up on a bank statement. But it's real.

Nothing changes until someone decides to change.
If you're ready to lead differently, this is where it starts.

Start Your Application

Applications take about 5-10 minutes to complete.

Every application is reviewed personally. If it looks like a good fit, you'll be invited to an Initial Assessment & Strategy Session ($200) where we'll determine whether this program is the right next step for you.

No pressure. No sales tactics. Just an honest conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and whether I can help you get there.
